When you use the inquiry form on this website, you may choose to give us your name, email address, WhatsApp number, intended travel dates, destination, number of guests, the services you're interested in, and any additional message you include.

Name and email are the only fields we need in order to respond to you — everything else on the form is optional, and we only hold what you actually choose to submit.

How we use this information

We use what you submit through the inquiry form to understand your request, communicate with you about it, plan and arrange the concierge or travel-related services you've asked for, and provide support relating to that request.

We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, or newsletter purposes — we don't currently offer a newsletter or marketing mailing list of any kind.

How inquiry submissions are currently handled

When you submit the inquiry form, it is transmitted using Resend, a transactional email-delivery provider, so that it reaches our team's email inbox directly. At this stage we do not use a customer relationship management (CRM) system or a database to store inquiry submissions — your message is delivered to our inbox rather than entered into an automated system.

If that changes in the future — for example, if we introduce a dedicated inquiry-management tool — we will update this policy to reflect it.

WhatsApp

Messaging us on WhatsApp is entirely optional. If you choose to use a “Message Us on WhatsApp” link on this site, you leave turkiyeconcierge.com and continue the conversation on WhatsApp, operated by Meta. That conversation, and anything WhatsApp itself collects about it, is governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own privacy policy and terms, not this one.

We don't embed any WhatsApp tracking software, widget, or SDK on this website — the link simply opens WhatsApp when you choose to click it.

Email and telephone links

We don't currently apply a fixed retention period, and this is an area we intend to keep under review.

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking

Submitting the inquiry form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, email, or phone, does not by itself create a confirmed booking, reservation, or contract for any service, and does not guarantee availability, price, or confirmation of anything you've asked about.

A specific arrangement is only confirmed once we've told you so directly, in writing — for example, by email or WhatsApp message.

Third-party service providers

Many of the services we help arrange — villas and accommodation, transfers and drivers, yachts and boats, restaurants, activity operators, wellness providers, and others — are provided by independent local businesses and individuals, not by Goldentimes Travel FZCO.

Where that's the case, the provider of that specific service is responsible for delivering it, and their own terms and conditions may apply alongside ours. We choose the local partners we work with carefully, but we are not the direct owner or operator of every villa, restaurant, yacht, vehicle, or activity we help arrange access to.

Availability and pricing

Availability and pricing for any service we help arrange can change at any time until it has been explicitly confirmed to you. Anything discussed before that point, including anything shown or described on this Website, should be treated as indicative rather than guaranteed.

Payments

This Website does not process payments and has no online payment or checkout system. Where a service you've requested requires payment, the applicable payment method, amount, and timing will be communicated to you separately, as part of arranging that specific service.

Photography and other content on this Website may belong to the photographers, partners, or other rights holders who supplied it, and its use here doesn't transfer ownership to you.

Governing law and jurisdiction
